NeighborWorks Laredo in partnership with Platinum Sponsors; International Bank of Commerce, Falcon Bank, and FalconSure, proudly presents its 6th Annual Home Fair & Expo event – Hawaiian Beach Theme - at the Laredo Energy Arena on Saturday, May 6. Event is OPEN and FREE ADMISSION to the public.

There are so many different down payment and mortgage products out there; it’s not just for low income families. Law enforcement, teachers, firefighters, librarians, nurses, veterans also qualify for many down payment and mortgage programs!

Joining us again this year is the Laredo Medical Center who will be setting up a free health screening wellness booth. The Webb County Sheriff’s Department will also be hosting a fingerprinting booth for child safety and there will be a booth for face painting. In addition, a Hawaiian Beach theme photo booth will be available for picture taking.

The NeighborWorks Laredo (NWL) Experts will be on hand to assist with any questions the public may have pertaining to home buying and foreclosure prevention services. NWL facilitates monthly homebuyer education classes that can earn client’s down payment assistance but primarily the future homebuyer walks out with a better understanding of the home buying process including but not limited to credit, income & expenses, budget, mortgage loans, insurances, and post purchase counseling. If the client is not home buyer ready, we will get them ready!
